Design of Axially Symmetric Fluid–Spring Vibration Absorber with Five DOFs Based on Orthogonal Experiment

The strong and complex vibration from a manipulator for anchor drilling will damage the key components of produce noise at same time. According to its characteristics, fluid–spring absorption approach with five degrees freedom (DOFs) is proposed, which has perfect symmetry, absorber was designed symmetrical structure. Employing generalization formula Bernoulli equation dynamic equation, coupling damping coefficient constructed. Vibration transmissibility used as evaluation index performance. elastic coefficients tension spring torsion spring, area ratio circular through-holes vibration-absorbing plate, radius were main independent factors influencing coefficients. An orthogonal experiment four levels designed. Using FLUENT SIMULATION implement joint simulations, distribution law flow fields each obtained, then best combination selected. Taking in Huainan China case study, using absorber, displacements DOFs reduced by 68.32%, 49.82%, 52.17%, 49.01%, 57.09% respectively, indicating good performance symmetry about z→-axis.
